Q: Can Grey come to our office for staff headshots?

A: Yes, we have several clients in the city, UK and Europe where we can either set up a mobile studio or bring equipment to light office environment/documentary style headshot photography. Our professional lighting equipment and tethered capture can be set up in a board room, smaller meeting room or at a pinch – a corridor.

Q: Do we need a make up artist for our staff headshots?

A: A make up artist will make all the difference to your final images. We cannot guarantee that the weather won’t play havoc with hair. And some staff will be getting their headshots done whilst rushing between meetings. Five minutes with a make up artist will make all the difference. It provides a moment of calm. Where staff can prepare for their shoot. And people know that their grooming is perfect before going on set. It gives them confidence – and the confidence shines through their eyes!

Q: What space is required for staff headshots at our office?

A: Depends on the brief, but for common ‘white background’ headshots we need a minimum of a room providing a 4m by 3m space. If using an office background, we can use a much smaller space.

Q: What happens if staff miss the main headshot day?

A: We offer a number of complimentary studio shoots for colleagues who miss the main event. These are taken in our Central London studio at your convenience and are matched to maintain consistency.

Q: Can we combine training days with headshot sessions?

A: Absolutely. We have break out areas, catering and meeting rooms available. So you can combine a company training day with your headshots.

Q: Can you match our existing brand imagery style?

A: Yes, as professional photographers we can match the style and look of existing imagery to maintain consistency with your current ‘About Us’ page.

Q: When will we receive our staff headshots?

A: Our team of assistants, retouchers and operations staff look to get the first images back to you within a couple of days. Our standard package includes retouching – tidying up loose hair, removing any temporary rashes – which may mean that final images may not be with you until a week or so after the event. Speak to one of our team who can help you with your project.

Q: What are the pricing packages for staff headshots?

A: We offer several packages: New Staff Headshots start from £480 for consistent website imagery. Individual tailored sessions start from £99 with different poses, backgrounds and outfits. Business Leader packages start from £199 for corporate communications libraries. Full day packages start from £750.
